“I heard someone talkin’…”

My true story…

Had a lot to deal with over the last 8 yrs, best mate being killed out my front door in front of me, also splitting up from a 15-yr relationship with my ex, and being a single father really puts me through some pressures everyday, as well as renovating our home you get to notice certain things, sometimes out of place or sounds that you know, like voices or perfume smell can be noticed when kids are at school.

Few days ago was home, I heard like someone talkin’ and was like stated something, it could be heard while I was showering. I stuck my head out the door and said, What did you say? No reply. So hmmm, ok, that was weird.

Few days earlier kids at school, home making cabinet doors for the kitchen, open the door and heard like voices talking away, but it was like, Shhh … stop. He’s coming. But it sounded like excitement in the voices, but it was like pause button was pressed soon as the door opened.

I tried to ignore it…

I was overwhelmed by it, but tried to ignore it as similar things have happened in the past much more, which I’ve just blew it off as my mind been playing tricks and used to watch ghost stories a lot few years back. Stopped it because it was brought to my attention that I was having these problems because I was digging were I shouldn’t, and if I stop it, the little things that I notice will stop and get better and did for a while until lately. They are being noticed more and more as each day passes.

Yesterday is a dangerous one. Was using my electric bench saw, turned it off, came back few minutes later—it had turned back on. Kids were watching cartoons and hadn’t moved an inch. That got my attention….

Recon. Something is going on here for sure. Been to get out soon. Recon. There’s too much bad energy here or something?

Shadow people and ghosts. A lot of activity.

My story started 9 years ago when grand-daughter complained of a man she called John who would pull her hair that we could not see. She moved out leaving just my wife and I. Over the years we have seen shadow people, ghosts, up stairs a lot of activity. Lights going on and off, hear people talking, sound of doors closing, and footsteps.

Once digging a hole to replace a rusted culvert pipe, I dug up some bones I guess to be chicken bones and deeper down, a black doll like a snowman, two round balls (head and body) with orange felt triangle eyes and a pearl long pin through the head. The activity has calmed downed, except for the smell of a woman’s perfume that wakes both my wife and I up from a sound sleep. This is happening about every three weeks.

“Terrible encounters” … steps toward my room

I have been having terrible encounters.

I was laying awake because I was going to get up to get ready for work. It was dark and I had my room door opened. I started to hear steps softly towards my room so I was afraid that someone was in my house. It stopped at my door and it put forward its head to look straight at me. Dressed in all black, black hoodie and black pants. I stood focused on the face that I couldn’t see, and all of a sudden my alarm clocked turned on and the figure seem to vanished. I then jump out of bed to see who was in my house and turned all the lights on. And proceeded to search to see if someone was hiding anywhere. My house door was locked.

I know what I saw.

I am about to go to the hospital because I feel like I am going crazy. My husband was laying next to me when this occurred.

Ghost dad’s bacon smell

Since my father passed away both my mother and myself have smelled bacon from time to time. We have experienced this in both our home (without cooking bacon) and outside in outdoor atmospheres. Also I have experience this with my son in unison along a hiking trail, and always we experience this with others where the smell is inexplicable. My dad used to love bacon and would often cook fried bread in bacon for years after “The War.” When we smell this we smile and know he is around. Sounds like “Crazy Town,” but we kinda think it’s real.

Smell of roses in the barn

One day I was at my barn cleaning up my horse corral. I don’t live on this property, just rent a small barn for my horse, I live about 8 miles away.  I’ve rented this barn for 5 years and have never once smelled anything like this…  When suddenly I smelled the beautiful smell of roses so strong in my face I looked around and nothing was around me that could cause this. Another day this happened but inside, the barn dog started going crazy and would not come in the tack room where he normally likes to hang out.

A few weeks later I awoke to the same smell and at this point I have to say I got a little scared.  It’s almost as if someone followed me home from the barn.

Ghost dog & squeak toys

Twelve years ago I brought home my eight week old Rottweiler puppy and I named her Lexie.  She was my protector and best friend for twelve years.  Lexie was about a year and a half when I started dating the man I am currently with, and she loved him and was as much his dog as mine. February 2015 we had to say good bye to Lexie as her quality of life had diminished and she could hardly walk.  Both my boyfriend and I took her to the vet that day.

Lexie loved her squeak toys and she would squeak the toy until she got the squeak out of the toy.  After Lexie passed I took all her toys and put them in a basket downstairs in my basement with her bed and her cage. In August, my boyfriend and I were sitting in my family room when we heard a distinctive squeak come from the living room where I used to keep her basket of toys.  It was a Saturday night around 7pm.

We looked all around for a toy but found nothing.  Since then Lexie has come to visit us fifteen times, on Saturdays at the same time every time except for two times.  She came on Thanksgiving day when I was hosting dinner for my family.  Several family members heard the squeak, and on New Year’s Day.  We’ve recorded the squeak three times.  It is unmistakable. There is no denying that the sound is from a squeak toy.  When I hear the squeak I almost expect to see her, but it’s only the sound I hear. Sometimes it startles me. I cry and get goose bumps clear down my legs.  We still miss her deeply. We don’t go out on Saturday nights anymore because we don’t want to miss Lexie squeak her toy! I would love to talk to someone about this!

Pet ghost dog whines

Hi, my dog passed away. A few months later, I saw a strange image hard to explain. When I looked at it, it took off and knocked an ornament off the Christmas tree. Prior to that I have heard whining that sounded just like her when she wanted my attention. I believe she is here. I don’t live in the same house I did before, but I think she has found her way to me. I loved her so much and had her since she was a puppy. Miss her but know she is still here in spirit.

Smell of baby powder

Something funny is going on in my apartment. We moved in around February 2016. Being in our new home I never experienced anything like this. My girlfriend is expecting next month. But for some odd reason last month I was in my living room and it smelled like baby powder then it goes away. Last night I was sitting there again with my girlfriend and it was strong at one point, but then every time I said I smelled something it kept coming and going. So I laid a different way, and I went to my bedroom and the smell follows me. Then I’m the only one who can smell the scent of baby powder. And crazy I’m sitting here now and I’m in the bathroom smelling it again. What does this mean?

Old dog ghost back from Australian “veggie patch”

I don’t believe in anything but scientific fact let alone ghosts or animal ghosts.

However, I recently had an old dog 19 put to sleep, it was time for her to go. I loved her very much and I think the feeling was mutual.

I let her cool down for a few days before I buried her, as is my habit. Brain has electrical energy that doesn’t stop right away, it tapers off as the body cools.

So in the veggie patch she goes.

The next night, I am asleep and I get woken up by the bed moving. Now here is where things get scary and inexplicable to science.

I sleep on a water bed. I felt a movement like old dog doing a circle before lying down, I freeze, look up quickly but fully alert only moving my head because I can’t really believe this, my mind is racing as I can already sense what is happening, it’s all in a second or so til now. So I look up and I see a vague image of her circling then fading. Continue reading

Little girl ghost, “I jumped out of my bed in a panic…”

My first paranormal experience was when I was five years old. I had two sisters and one brother at the time. My mother had put us to bed as usual, myself and my sister Marian slept in bunk-beds her on the top, me on the bottom. Well we knew something wasn’t right with the house as it was but we were all kind of young.

Anyway I was just after dozing off maybe about 10 minutes or so when I heard this giggling and I kind of lay there for a second or two and then I felt a weight on me. I felt someone literally jumping up and down on my chest and giggling. Me being five, I thought it was one of my sisters even though the giggling sounded much younger. Anyway I opened my eyes to see what was going on and which one of my sisters were messing with me. To my shock it was a little girl with long brown ringlets in her hair. She wouldn’t have been more than three, and my sisters at the time were eight and nine. I was the youngest.

I lay there looking up at her jumping up and down on top of me and I remember the little smile on her face. I didn’t realise what I am as seeing. I smiled back at her and I remember getting scared and I tried to call my mam and nothing would come out of my mouth. I’ll never ever forget the fear I felt when I couldn’t make a sound. And then when I tried to shout a second time, she just disappeared like she was never there.
