“I feel his hair. I feel his skin. I wake up crying.”

I am 19 and I had this dream that I can’t seem to get over, it has stayed with me. When I dream, I don’t remember or if I do, it is always about a situation that is happening in my life and I always recognize the people and see them very clearly, but it never feels real, it’s almost like a daze.

This dream felt so realistic to me. I was in my mid-twenties. All around me were houses, sort of hut-like and close together on both sides and only divided by a dirt path, but most were set on fire and there were people leaving these houses with their belongings and loved ones, but in the dream I was not.

I walked passed a man who was leaving his home and once he had ran off it was now mine, but I wasn’t alone. There was a white man there, also in his mid-twenties. I knew he was not meant to be there with me but our eyes met. All I did was giggle. The whole time he was speaking in a whisper so low I couldn’t understand, and in that moment, it was just me and him in a bright white room and he sat and we were in an almost intimate hug. I could not see his face because it was in my neck and I could hear his whisper, it had a slight accent but I couldn’t understand.

I played with his hair and I could really feel his hair between my hands and the heat of his soft skin. Once he stopped whispering and pulled back to look me in the eyes, I woke up with this sadness and it’s stayed and I have flashes in my sleep of his face looking up at me and wake up crying. Someone please help.

My similar experience of feeling hair between my fingers was so real it startled me, too, and the sensation and the details remain with me even though years have passed. I wrote about and included my dream in my paranormal thriller Premonition of Terror, where the reader is introduced to the protagonist, reluctant psychic Kate Kasabian who believes her runaway lover has returned.

Her hand traced his shoulder and slid up the back of his neck. Her fingers combed through his hair with gentle strokes like so many times before.

The bedroom was too quiet. No fabric rustled with her movements. No psychic voices played in her head.

No lover sighed at her touch.

Her eyes shot open. …

“Some paranormal thing … started with footsteps outside my door.”

Hi guys, so this thing is going on for about a couple of months. Anyway I live in an old house and I do not know the history of this house, but I have been experiencing some paranormal thing.

So at first it started with footsteps outside my door at around 10pm.

At first I thought that it was one of my parents just walking around getting thing ready for the next day. But when I woke up and asked my parents what time they went to bed, they told me they went to bed at 9pm because they had a big day at work. After my parents said that, I thought it was the people up stairs but my parents told me that the couple both work at the pub until 6 in the morning so it wasn’t them. So I got a little creeps but I thought it was just my head playing with me because I was tired, but that night something weird happened.

“That night something weird happened.”

I went to bed and I was about to close my eyes when I saw this mobile (for babies with stars) above my face. And it was going round above my head for about 20 seconds. I thought I was dreaming but my eyes were open! I rubbed my eyes and that’s when I nearly got a heart attack!!!

I saw this bony pale face of a man only 10 cm from my face!! As soon as I saw this it came towards my face really fast. I covered my face with my blanket and my heart was like about to explode. I was really scared to get up and turn the light on in my room. So I used my iPod touch to see if there was anything there. As soon as I felt I was safe, I jumped off my bed really fast and turned the light on. I felt safer than before but I still had the feeling of someone staring at me so I got my iPod out and started playing this game.

“I felt ok at first until …”

The next night I got this little night light for my room. I felt ok at first until I heard someone whisper in my ear. From then I got a lamp in my bed room and I decided to listen to music while sleeping which helps me to go to sleep without any fear. So that’s my story. I still sometimes get some really bad feeling about the house, but hope they will go away.

Second message from Saki—

Hi guys, I started having a really bad feeling about my house again and I told my mum about this. My mum didn’t believe me, but she told me to put holy water and holy oil around my room so I did what she told me to do. I felt ok now, but as soon as I turned off my room light and turned on my little blue light on the floor, the blue light exploded. I was standing in the dark. I got so scared I had to run out of my room and talk to my mum.

Ghost sightings since 5 years old

Ever since I was about 5 years old, I have had experiences with paranormal things.  … I remember having a friend that was always at my house and we would play a lot. I didn’t think about it much then, but a few years after my friend “went away” I asked my mom about that friend. My mom then told me that I never had a friend like that. But then she told me that one night she woke up and found me talking to the wall. My mom asked who I was talking to, and I said that I was talking to my friend. My mom was so scared at my answer that she ran back to her room without even putting me back to bed.

Another experience I had was that I woke up one night, and I heard someone crying. I walk into the hallway and I see a little boy with no face holding a broken drum. I ran back to my room and closed my door.

(Years later) I have had a recent experience. I was trying to fall asleep but I hear a male voice whispering in my ear, but I couldn’t make out what it was saying. I sit up in my bed to see who was there, but nothing. The same thing happened again about an hour later, but still no one there. Then I hear a women screaming at me to leave her room and I booked it to my parents room and I sometimes still hear the women telling to leave.
