Lights out … then water running and TV turned on
My husband was away this weekend at a high school reunion. I turned the TV off, locked the house, fed the cat, turned the lights out, and went to bed.
At three o’clock in the morning on Saturday, I woke up and heard water running.
I listened to the water sound for a while when I was in bed to try to locate it. Thought about water going through the radiator, but didn’t have the heat on that day. Didn’t sound like it was in the pipes or the dishwasher, which was off. I got up to see what it was.
The water sound stopped as I walked out of the bedroom.
Also strange that when I got into the kitchen, the water sound stopped, but I heard voices … the TV was on! The cat was sleeping in the bedroom with me and the remote control was on the sofa with nothing near it to turn it on.
After lights out, the TV turned on!
I definitely turned the TV off. The TV wasn’t on when I went to bed. I would have heard if I left it on. I was in the next room and up for a while reading and didn’t hear it. It seems that the TV went on as I walked into the kitchen which is right behind the living room.
I turned all the lights on and slept on the couch after staying awake until 5:30 watching TV. I have no idea what it was all about!

Grandma’s perfume. “I got the chills.”
This Saturday my grandma stayed with us and slept in my room, I slept in my sister’s room. While in bed in my sister’s room I smelled my grandma’s perfume and I got the chills instantly.
Later came another smell, it was my grandma’s hair lacquer spray. Then I smelled food I don’t remember what food it was though. I believe all those smells occurred between 2am and 4am, cuz I didn’t look at the clock, but I didn’t have more smells when the sun came up, and I finally could sleep well.
So now it’s Monday and I had smells last night (Sunday), too. It was toilet paper. I looked at the clock and it was 2:30am.
“A spirit messin’ with me.”
I turned on the light for a moment and went back to sleep. I had no more smells. I believe turning the light on helped. I really believe a spirit or whatever it’s called is messin’ with me. I hope this helps for someone. Just turn the light on, maybe it goes away.

It’s also noteworthy that you awake around 3:00 AM. The hours between 2 and 4 are thought to be the time of night when spirits are most powerful. This time of night associated with the supernatural is often called the “witching hour.”
It has been a few months, waking up by 3 to 3:30 am, I kept testing myself and watching a few days to be alert of the time, so it happened again several days, trying to find the facts and motive why?
I remember I lost a baby being pregnant for three months, the same exact time I was rushed to the hospital having a miscarriage! I looked at the clock to see what time it was, it was 3 am to 3:30 am!
I kept wondering if it was a girl, I wanted a girl!! So one night I woke up, open my eyes and saw the computer turn on for no reason, so I talked to it and asked to turn off computer. “I know you’re here! In a second moment, I saw the computer turned off, then I said, “Thank you. I know you are here.” Then I thought to myself in silence could that have been a message sent to me? From beyond? This child of my loss was connecting with me! The End
